By installing or using ABC ABA, the adult responsible for the child confirms that they have read and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Purpose of the app
ABC ABA provides educational visual activities and local progress information for children, parents, therapists and teachers. It is a supporting educational tool and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of therapeutic or educational results.
Adult supervision
ABC ABA is intended to be used by children only under the supervision and guidance of a parent, legal guardian, therapist or teacher. The supervising adult is responsible for choosing suitable activities, difficulty and usage time.
Licence and permitted use
Softease grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to install and use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or exploit the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Intellectual property
The app, its software, interface, text, visual identity and original materials are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Softease or are used under licence. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their respective owners.
Availability and updates
We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features when necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or Android version.
Responsible use and liability
Use the app responsibly and verify that it is appropriate for the child and device. To the extent permitted by law, Softease is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made solely on the basis of app results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy
Information about local app data and privacy is provided in the dedicated ABC ABA Privacy Policy, which forms part of the information governing use of the app.

We may update these terms when the app, applicable law or distribution conditions change. The version in force is the one published on this page, identified by the latest revision date.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer rights under the law of the user's country of residence remain unaffected. Any dispute should first be addressed to Softease in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.
