Usage rules
Terms and conditions
These terms govern access to and use of the website operated by SOFTEASE S.R.L., as well as enquiries submitted through its public features.
Acceptance of terms
By using the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use features requiring their acceptance. Checking the agreement box in the contact form is required to submit an enquiry.
Website and services
The website presents consulting, software development and design services and provides contact methods. Descriptions are general and may be adapted. Features, content and availability may change for maintenance, security or improvement.
User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and refrain from attempting unauthorised access, disrupting services, transmitting malicious code, abusive messages or content that infringes the rights of others.
Enquiries, proposals and contracts
Submitting a form does not automatically create a contract or guarantee acceptance of a project. Scope, deliverables, schedule, price, payment and specific conditions will be agreed separately through a proposal, order or contract accepted by the parties.
Intellectual property
Rights to the website and its content are described on the Copyright page. Rights to deliverables produced for a client are defined in the project's contractual documents and are not transferred merely by using the website.
Confidentiality and personal data
Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. Do not submit passwords, access keys, special-category data or confidential information that is not necessary to assess your enquiry.
Third-party services
Certain features may use services or resources provided by third parties. Their use may be subject to separate terms and policies, and their availability may depend on the respective operators.
Liability
SOFTEASE S.R.L. makes reasonable efforts to operate the website safely and correctly, within the limits explained on the Disclaimer page. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights and liabilities that cannot legally be restricted.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to services, features or legal requirements. The applicable version is the one published and identified on this page at the time of use or acceptance.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably and, if it cannot be resolved in that way, by the competent courts under applicable law.
